Broken cases, bad customer service, ignoring complaints

Root Cases charged me $63.95 for a walnut iphone case (including shipping) and then sent me a broken case.

I opened the box up and the bottom half of the case was split in two pieces and the top right corner of the top half was chipped.

I have contacted them to get my money back, but they have ignored my emails.
