No response after trying to contact Lifeproof

What can I say.
We bought five or six iphone 5 cases in Feb a month or two later we bought another batch of iPhone 4 cases and some more accessories.

Original problem:
1. All iPhone 5 cases shows defects like "blocked microphone"... People cannot hear me talking to them.
2. Cases leak

Our later order of iPhone 4 cases we had one case that came out of the package without an o-ring seal...

Ive completed numerous "warrenty forms" on [URL Removed] website... After submitting the form it shows submitted successful but I never receive any confirmation or any sort of correspondance from them.
