Counterfeit life-proof phone cases Internet

I ordered two phone cases on 11-26-12, an otter box and a life proof case both for iPhone 4S phones. The items did not arrive until 12-19, and then the package contained two "life proof"cases. After installing one of the cases, it was difficult to hear incoming calls, music and impossible for the person on the other end to understand what you were saying. I called Lifeproof in an effort to solve the problem, within a few minutes I was told that the cases were counterfeit. The cases should have two totally different serial numbers, one on the bottom of the case and one on the top.

I have left messages with no response and not sure where to go from here except to file a complaint with my credit card!
