The worst experience ive ever had - fridgidare kitchen package

My family bought a fridgidare package. Retail value $2140.90 on October the 15.installation scheduled twice thereafter and cancelled both times. This was the third attempt at installation and they still cant get it done after a two month time period. This is ridiculous. I want a full retail value refund on the two out of three peices that I could not install and them to come pick them up. This was best buy on loop 281 in longview texas.
