Frigidaire Kitchen Package Installation Cancelled Twice in Two Months

My family bought a Frigidaire package. Retail value $2140.90 on October the 15. Installation scheduled twice thereafter and cancelled both times. This was the third attempt at installation and they still can't get it done after a two month time period. This is ridiculous. I want a full retail value refund on the two out of three pieces that I could not install and them to come pick them up. This was Best Buy on loop 281 in Longview Texas.
