UV Privacy Window Film Cracked My Bedroom Window Glass

Electronics and household app.

Hi,

I bought this UV protection privacy film, which is reusable, for my bedroom window. It was black in color, but 1 day after application I saw a big crack in my window glass. So who is going to pay for the glass? I am so upset.
