A Matter of Fax
Never received my printe

On May 17 I requested a printer From The Subject of Fax so that as of July 26th I still have not obtained the printer. I've named many times seeking ETA and every time I had been informed another rest. I had been informed once it had been becoming delivered, it never came, I had been informed again it had been shipped overnite, it never came. On June 26 I had been informed it had been back-ordered and it'll be delivered within the next morning or two. Additionally they stated that they'd not cost my card before printer was delivered, another rest, my card was billed on 06/14 so that as of 06/26 I am advised it's back-ordered.

Like A printer repair company I've handled A Subject of Fax for several years also it was a reliable organization. It would appear that these were recently purchased out with a big organization so that as with many big companies who buy-out trusted smaller businesses they've ruined an excellent design.in my own 25 years in the market I've observed where big companies can't safe customers because of their inefficient administration groups and poor reputations for support so that they purchase trustworthy businesses to secure new customers and alter an effective design for their defeated design and another excellent organization falls the pipes. Avoid the "NEW A Subject of FAX", they'll start promoting inexpensive items and provide the toughest customer support.
