I bought this printer combined with the pc in July. I've utilized this printer precisely twice also it simply quit functioning. I had been informed with a customer support broker that since I had been no further under warrenty He couldn't support me. I'll never purchase another HP item as this whole-system continues to be only a frustration. They get the pc rip-off organization of the entire year. Don't purchase products from the corporation. They sell junk and they'll not repair it when it fails!
