Do not trust them

Our horsepower L7780 smashed as a result of paper jam. I adopted the actions about the horsepower website to repair it. The ultimate action was to contact my guarantee organization (Internet Check). I did so the troubleshooting plus they delivered me another printer.

The brand new printer was broken. The automated document feeder didn't function.

They sent me another printer. The display about the printer didn't function.

I'm currently waiting on my 3rd printer. Hope for me.

Why is me annoyed is the fact that whenever you purchase these digital guarantees, the sales agents declare that if anything occurs for your product, Basics may change IT-NO QUESTIONS ASKED. They state that you are able to generate the unit and they're going to provide you with another printer. False.

Also, should you browse the term inside your warranty agreement, it says the organization you're coping with can provide you a Staples Card for equivalent benefit. Following the second printer, I begged and pleaded with Cybertest to simply provide me the card. They stated they might not do that since my printer was under $600. No-where in my own four-page agreement does it express this.

Main point here, Staples isn't a brandname as you are able to trust. And neither is Internet Check.
