Shorted 2 books in order. Overcharged for shipping

Lately I put a purchase from Why Pay More Publications about the Amazon site. Their user-name is whypaymorebooks. I received my purchase also it just included 8 of the 10 books I requested and taken care of. Plus personally I think I had been overcharged by Amazon about the delivery price. I paid $39.99 only for the delivery for 10 books which were delivered in my experience by Media Mail, the least expensive support the postoffice has for books.

I'm requesting the vendor for reimbursement about the 2 absent publications as well as the distinction in shipping between what he taken care of shipping and what Amazon settled him for that delivery. Based on the seller Amazon gives only 50% of the billed shipping price towards the vendor, the remainder is real revenue for Amazon. Actually at 1 / 2 of my $39 I taken care of shipping they might of delivered the publications by UPS or Priority Mail from Ny to Ohio. I'm requesting reimbursement about the 2 absent publications as well as the variation in delivery. Basically am sastified with any reimbursement in the vendor then I'll revise this statement. Be mindful with purchasing something on Amazon.
