George this Sept. The baren broke and they told me it would be two weeks for the service repair guys to come

I bought the Duet Vapor Machine and Dryer recommended from the P.C. Salesman George this September. The baren smashed plus they explained it'd be fourteen days for that support restoration men in the future. They named two times just before plan a scheduled appointment and stated among the support men was ill. We'd to reschedule for that following week. Three months later today, the support men come and changed the baren. I did so my first weight of scrub and all of this water was gushing from beneath the machine. I again named P.C. Rich & Boy to inform them what occurred and that I am very irritated because they inform me all-they may do is send the support man again, however it is likely to be another week. Your day the fix man is a result of come he calls and stated, "I'm another support technology and that I named both technicians which were at your home last and requested them what repairs did they are doing?" The homeowner has become worrying of water being released in the device. Both technicians inform the brand new technology, "oh yes, we believe another part was damaged" or they somehow smashed it, however they must have but did not purchase a brand new component, or inform me for instance. Today he's to-order another component.
