Poor support!

I'll never purchase a whirlpool item again. We bought a Duet Machine and Dryer from Sears. Prior to the machine was per year old, the pc went onto it. A&E found support it. (Ultimately got a scheduled appointment) Changed the component and 30 days later it had been the same. This time around no body could easily get the component simply because they were "therefore sought after". It'd ahead from London. I named Sears plus they were no aid. All Sears stated was we ought to took out the warranty. A&E might care less. Lastly Whirlpool changed the machine. After being more than 1 month with no machine and needing to visit the laundromat. Today my dryer is introduced. I named Whirlpool plus they put up a scheduled appointment with, who otherwise, A&E. I'd to remove of function to become below. These were suppose in the future between 8 and 5. THEY NEVER TURNED UP!!! I named and named plus they stated they mightnot notice where the specialist was. I called again plus they transferred me towards the routing department. You know what... These were shut. I'd prefer to understand If Your&E will deliver me a look for my missed trip to work, for no cause.

If somebody lets you know A&E is visiting support your equipment, don't think them. They're a organization and really should not be manufacturer representatives.
