Messed Up Kitchen Reno

Kitchen reno had begun over a year ago. The tiled floor grout came out in three colors and we were permitted to get our own contractor to fix this after at least 4 failed attempts. Signed off on it to get money back at store. Cabinets were falling and hit me in the head so Home Depot fixed what they could but one is still scratched up. Granite countertop stains could not be rectified. Leaking sink had to be done by our own plumber. Window that would not lock was addressed by a manager. All monies had been paid off. Finally the frig purchased separately failed and looked at 5 times but may or may not be quite right. Settlement was very low $500 plus another frig worth $900. Store had promised a new frig 2 days prior to settlement. Feel frustrated, deceived and distraught over entire battle for such a long time.
