I purchased an LG washer and dryer 1 yr and 8 months ago. To start I also purchased the extended warrantary for 399.00 for each one. Well lucky I did. The brand new dryer didnt work at all, they made me wait around 3 weeks to get me another one. 3 weeks ago I started having a big problem with my washer. A terrible grinding noise. Come to find out it was a stater and another huge part. The long story is this washer would be costed me 1000.00 dollars to fix now, after this short time. And I only wash for one! I cannot belive how snotty people were at Best buy over this problem. It was fixed after 3 wks! I will never buy an LG product again. I also bought a LG de humider and that only lasted 3 yrs. Do your home work first. Also I was told by a dealer this machines were known for catching on fire why they were off. Never Again will I ever buy anything from this company! Lifes Garbage... I call them
