Bad customer service - Broil mate BBQ

Electronics and household app.

I purchase a BBQ from HD online on their website. Delivery was fast and free. However when it was time to assemble the BBQ, it was missing 2 pieces. Called customer service and they did not offer any assistance other than that I had options: either bring back the BBQ in the original box (ok, but a lot of trouble for me) or they could order the missing part and it would be delivered in 10 to 15 days. (not acceptable). I offered to go to one of their store to pick up the missing pieces and she said it could not be done that way. Well, the way I see it, if I paid over 400$ for a BBQ, I'd like to have the missing parts asap, not in 14 days. Talk to a neighbour who works at Homehardware and he said they would replace the missing parts right away.
When I called back, after thinking about my "options" the gentlemen, who I feel was more sympatatic to me, mentionned that I also had the option of having it picked up by HD and that's what I did... Never again buy online from Home Depot
