Extends Contants with out notice... RUDE Customer Service

Do not use verizon wireless. They will not explain your billing and every Customer Service Rep has a different explaintion for the billing problems. And when you finally get feed up with it you come to find out your Phone contact has been extends years beyond orginall date. Your bills are always more then you expect and even if you dont change your plan to get a lower bill, every bill is a different price and never the same for the same thing. Bottom line dont use verizon wireless!!!
