Do not use Verizon Wireless. They will not explain your billing and every Customer Service Rep has a different explanation for the billing problems. And when you finally get fed up with it you come to find out your Phone contact has been extends years beyond original date. Your bills are always more then you expect and even if you don't change your plan to get a lower bill, every bill is a different price and never the same for the same thing. Bottom line don't use Verizon Wireless!!!
