Misrepresented a product and refused to compensate or release from contract

I had been a long time customer with T Mobile. Since I moved to Vancouver Wa in 2005.

I moved to Stevenson WA. My service was very bad. I Talked with T mobile and I was told that it was my phone and there is nothing I could do to get out of my contract. But if I stayed with them that there was a new phone that had WIFI calling capability and I would be able to over come the coverage issue. I thought about it and since I had been with them I wanted to believe them.

I purhased the T Mobile G2X and had nothing but problems with the phone over the next 8 months I went through customer service since I had a warranty I paid for plus cell phone insurance I was paying for. I had to have 3 phones replaced and still I was not getting the service they promised.

I am currently pregnant and require to have a working cell phone for me and my unborn child. I have tried to speak with them to be only told I have a contract and they are not required to provide service: but I have no rights to get out of my contract because they are not fulfilling there end.

I have reported this to the better business bureau and to the FCC and there response is that they are a business it is not there responsibility to guarantee service.

T Mobile was fully aware of the service limitations in my home area in Stevenson, WA and I was told that I would be able to use this phone via wifi. The equipment they sold me has know issues that they were aware of and did not disclose to me. And know they are calling me 2 to 3 times a day harrasing me.
