I tried to exchange a product today called MY ZONE wireless headphones and was hit with Best Buy 's blanket 30 day return policy. We tried the product twice and it NEVER worked. Unfortunately Best Buy's policy does not take into account the INDIVIDUAL's situation like the fact that this product NEVER worked and was used only twice. The Customer service rep Carmen was no help and basically blew me off with her Best Buy return policy and the expiration of the 30 day warantee. I don't like being treated like some deadbeat that abused the product and wanted to exchange it for a new one. I will NEVER NEVER shop at Best Buy again. Too bad for them. We have spent thousands in the past two years on Flat Screen TV's, desktop computers, laptop computers, Geek Squad Black Tie service, and various misc. Items like batteries and memory cards.
