My wife purchased a product in December called MY Zone headphones. They were supposed allow me to watch and listen to TV while other people in the room were doing other things. They never did work. The on switch had to be held down in order for it to work and all we could get on the phones was the FM Radio. I tried to take it back for exchange but Best Buy said they had a 30 day return policy. The phones were never used and are a piece of junk. What is wrong with this picture? We have purchased a Flat Screen TV, a laptop computer, and a desktop computer as well as many photo and video memory cards in the past two years and they can't exchange a product that sells for $19.99 that was never used? The other thing that happened was when I tried to redeem my rewards worth $25.00. The price of the memory card was $24.99. The cashier said she couldn't redeem it because it was under the $25 by one penny. We had to buy something else like a candy bar or something. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I will never never go back to Best Buy.
