I bought some laptop memory and they sent me desktop memory, which does not fit in my laptop. Sent a dozen emails trying to get exchange or refund. But no response at all! Yet they still are selling the same memory and advertising that it is for laptop computer. I either want my money back or exchange it from the correct memory chips.
