Norton System Root, Uninstallable, Worthless, No Support, Dead Beat Company

I purchased a new laptop and Norton Internet Security 2011 was preinstalled on it. The problem is that they have designed their software to ROOT your system making it impossible to uninstall without special software. This special software is on symantics website. It is very hard to locate.

Since when is it acceptable for these companies to ROOT our computers and screw us with it lack of customer support.
