I have had problems with Verizon from the moment I walked in to their retail store, the lies, and stealing started with the contract and have continued since then. Repeatedly I have requested that they either contact me in writing, via email, which they have refused to do. Apparently they are afraid of "liability issues" such as my showing their lies to a attorney.
I finally told them if they are really ncapable of reading and writing they can call my home number.

One of the problems with Verizon has been the "quality of the call" aned quite honestly I can not hear a word they are saying on the cell phone. That request having been made they AGAIN called my cell phone, from 505-999-5100, they want to make it perfectly clear that THEY will decide what is acceptable in the terms of "customer service".
Reality is their is ether no one there capable of reading and writing, or that there is a fear of actually "committing" to customer service in writing, I am sure their concerns are real, what if a consumer attorney got proof of how they REALLY operate. Obviously I am "stuck" with losers. I signed a contract and am learning a painful lesson. Be warned, learn from my mistake and lets see if we can get these people under control.
