Ripoff. Waste of time. Service sucks

Electronics and household app.

We signed a 1 year contract and their records indicate 2 years. Verizon has repeatedly refused to send me a copy of the lawful contract. Finally admitting they have no such copy of the contract. The Verizon store has admitted that the individual who made the contract did not know what he was doing yet still would not fix it.

After getting a human being at the store, and waiting in their crowded lobby, they refused to fix the problem indicated with the contract. After going to the store several times, we learned that they are now asking for people's names as you walk in. They also ask if you are getting new service or not. We soon found that we were being skipped over apparently because we did not indicate we were getting new service. (aka we werent going to make them any commission) The man taking names was doing his job as best he could but the employee (s) were looking at the list and taking who they wanted regardless of who was there first.

I contacted verizon today for the last time. Customer service told me to call the gm at the store where the service was done. I got the number, called and digged and digged through their damn automated system, got a human then got the GM. The GM refused to talk to me. Great! All this time i was talking to verizon customer service about getting this fixed and the GM of the store refused to talk to me about fixing this insisting that my wife had to call to setup a password. I tried. Getting even pissier over this. (My name is on the account even for the second line on the shared plan)

My wife was busy at work. She tried, but quickly said forget it after waiting on their automated system and almost getting caught using her cell phone at work. I have been trying to get this fixed for over a month now.

Well i got verizon's subpoena address. So i hope you are ready to face the consequences of wasting my time, patience, health and all the stress we have dealt with. I am gonna make an example out of you.

I hope people will not choose verizon considering the possibility that this may happen to you.
