This company, which sold us a very expensive Thermidoe double oven in has been running up a big bill and failing to fix the problem with one excuse after the other. The parts take a month to arrive, they are defective when they arrive, etc.incredibly, only one oven was broken to begin with and now both are. Don't ever use this service if you have a choice and especially don't buy anything there becasue you will be stiuck with them for warranty repairs.
