Sold Defective Toaster Oven

I have a Toaster Oven, no name only info is on bottom of oven

Only this Company name and UL approved. This oven gets so hot on all sides you have to use rag to touch it or it will burn you, no insulation in oven at all. It can'be used. How did it pass UL aproved???
