Repair Delayed Again After Shipping Damage to Computer

They took my computer first for a repair and it came back but then they had a shipment failure which broke some part of my computer so now they took it for another 2 weeks but they said it will take is 1.5 to 2 weeks max and it still says parts ordered on the repair status check I hate them I'll try to ask them for a refund
