Unauthorized money taken out of my accout

First thing this morning I logged onto my bank account just like I do every morning. There I saw a debt amount of $94.48 taken out by an EOA CCA, having no clue what this was I called my bank to make a dispute and of course had to close my account. While on the phone with bank I googled the company name and you can just imagine what I found. I looked up the number for the company and called them.

After being passed around and on hold for over 30 minutes they told me that back on Dec. 22nd they had a recorded conversation with me authorizing them to take money out of my account for an AT&T bill that was 3 years old and I had agreed on a settlement amount which is what they took out today. I asked them to hear the recording because I remember no such call or authorization.

The manager got on the line and told me THEY listened to it and I agreed to all of this but they wouldn't let me here the conversation for proof. They said they can't do that. They said they also sent me a letter which I have never gotten from them otherwise I might have known who they were in the first place and wouldn't have had to google them to find out information on them.

So, now, I have to get new debt cards, close my account and make a dispute with my bank to get my money back!
