Cincinnati Bell Wireless had rate plans that had the option of free unlimited texts. Now, people already enrolled in the unlimited text plans are going to get a rate increase of $4.99 per phone per month. Basically running up my bill $15 a month. Then to add salt to the wound, they charge $1.99 per phone per month to have the text feature blocked. This is the second rate increase they have willy nilly thrown onto my account in the last year. On top of all that, all customer service is out sourced to people I can't even understand in another country. So the corporate greed takes our jobs and raises our rates. The 99% lose AGAIN.
