Account Frozen After iPod Sales, Cannot Be Closed or Used

I listed a product to sell on eBay, an iPod device, and sold a few of them. PayPal said it was a high-risk item and froze my account after refunding all my customers. I have done well as a seller, never had any complaints, and always delivered my products on time. I have a main retail web store where I have to depend on my PayPal to be paid.

They began early on holding my money for 21 days until I established customers and a good rating, moreover forcing me to pay fees and shipping out of pocket. After I finally picked up in sales volume and established a good track record, they froze my account. They violate my privacy by closely watching all my sales and calling to find out what products I am selling, to whom, and where I get my products. They constantly put limitations on my account until they force me to keep giving them all my personal information. They refuse to let me remove my checking account, credit cards, or identifying information from the account so it can be closed. They leave it permanently open so they have access to everything! And I still cannot use the account to get paid or send money out. I feel it is identity theft and a violation of my privacy.
