Sneaky hidden charges

Electronics and household app.

I recently bought a laptop at Best Buy, with it came a 6 month subscription to an Anti-virus software for "free" - yeah right.
Well, I didn't want it, but it came with it, and when I made my purchase the salesmen only mentioned the free trial.
About a month after buying the laptop I received an email stating that my credit card would be automatically charged to continue the anti-virus subscription once my trial ended. Well, luckily for me I saw this, so then I had to sit on hold for 20 minutes with Best Buy, just to cancel something that I never asked for, or wanted.
It seems very immoral, and illegal for them to just start charging for something people didn't sign up for, or buy, but here they are doing it.
I hope people see this review and start complaining. I'm tired of it, and I won't be using their store again.
