Charges exorbitant fees, freezes accounts and won't let you close account without paying bill in full Ripoff

I have been a seller with Ebay for 4 years. I have a store subscription with them. They froze my account so I couldn't use it until my past due fees were paid in full.

However; they won't let me cancel any of the seller subscriptions I have which amount to approximately $35 per month. These fees are added every month on top of past due fees. Plus an additional fees from items that are listed in the store subscription I cannot cancel.

These items are automatically relisted when listing expires... Adding more fees to my past due account. I tried to close the account all together and Ebay won't do that until all fees are paid. They have me in a double bind as far as getting caught up. $80 in fees just since they froze my account.

Writing customer service doesn't do any good as all I get are canned messages. I cannot find a phone number to call as power sellers are the only ones allowed a phone contact number.
