Repeated Overcharges Despite Blocks Put on Our Sets

This company has overcharged us for a few years now, and no matter what I do, they will not refund my money. The men and women on the phones come up with the excuse that we need to unplug the phone line.

I have had blocks put on my sets and still get charged for stuff that my kids could not have ordered. The blocks were put on at the main office, not at home. I am trying to go to school, and I do know of a man who is magnetizing cards. I do not feel that I should be held responsible for what he is doing. For all I know, he is going to school as well.

DirectTV has at this time overcharged me hundreds of dollars, and I am fed up with it.
