DIRETV Repeatly charging us for movie that were paid for. The company office help said it is because of the card. We do not get credit for their mistakes. Baltimore Nationwide

This company has over chaiged us for a few years now and no matter what I do. They will not refund my money. They men and women on the phones come up with more the fact that we need to unplug the phone line to more the set for cleaning exetra. I have had blocks put on my sets and still get charged for stuff that my kids could not have orderd. The blocks were put on at the main office not at home. I am trying to go to school and I do know of a man that is magnitizing cards. I do not feel that I should be help responsible for what he is doing. For all I know he is going to school as well. DirectTV at this time has over charged me hundreds of dollars and this is bull.
