Michael osborn in their refer a friend customer referral program you get $100 dollars and they also get the same wouldn't honor the offe

Directv had a refer a friend and get$100 dollars and they get $100 dollars. After my cousin signed up with directv we were told because didn't sign up with the right person, they wouldn't honor the offer. I filed a complaint with the delaware consumer protection unit. Then and only then directv would honor their offer. But because i got mad and left them, they (directv) would not give me the $100.00 dollars.in a letter dated april 15 directv told the office intake investigator that they waived a small balance of $17.43 from my account yet on the 19th of april directv cashed the check i sent them. If you waived the fee why did they take o keep the 17.43? Then they claimed i owe them for a movie pay per view $4.99 i'm mad has hell because the pay per view was in fact a gift from directv for being with them for a another year! Then because they are mad because i reported them and since then left them want me to pay for a movie. Sad that a company as big as they are lied in a letter that they waived what i owe and still have my money! I feel ripped off!
