I came into your store in South Portland, Maine with my ill sister who had to use a wheel chair. She bought a camera and the sales person was wonderful but when we went to leave the one at the door to check our stuff before we could leave is the problem. My sister can't walk any distance due to stage 4 cancer, I asked if we could please use the wheel chair to get her to the car and I would bring it right back. She rudely said NO. Now I am sadden to think for 1 that a wheel chair that is old and a push one to boot couldn't be taken out of the store, what about customer service? I wish my sister hadn't bought anything now. She came to Maine from Texas to say her final good byes and then get treated like that is just wrong!!! I will NOT be going back to your store again. What about disabled people or veterans that have served our country??? Really sad I guess people aren't like they use to be
or care about others. I was a waitress for 18 years and would hold doors ope if needed and even helped people to their cars if they needed it. COMPASSION for our fellow man/woman is not any more. I will pass on to others I know that go there. IT"S WRONG!!! I tried calling and only got on hold and no one ever picked up even after 1/2 hour.
