*merits power wheel chai

Am on medicare beneficiaries let that first, they sold me power wheel chair *merits brand i call them 3days and told that wheel was no good why? Becoues the front wheels lock and want let the chair move then on top of that the power in the cut"s off repeadly so i call my medicare ins, and they told to tell x-med, to come pick the power wheel up and give me anonther. Bran or just pick. It up and i good some where eales. But x-med is not picking the wheel chair up, so that is why am filing this complaint
