We bought a recliner at this store and after 16 days the chair begain to come apart. Called the store and they came out and said he would send his wife out with a neddle and some thread to sew the bad spots. After i showed him that the chair was commin loose and it will not hold up he just looked stupid. We had also paid 300.00 deposit on a livingroom set, so just said ok we will eat the chair and take the loss, but i wanted him to refund the layway deposit and we would find somewhere else to shop. The next day my wife went to the store and was told they dont refund money.: but they did: and the owner said there wasn"t anything wrong with the chair, but he could not sell it if he took it back. HUH? Anyway they sell cheep made stuff & dont stand behind it. Simple answer, they should have offered another chair. Stay clear, bad furniture store
