Why even go to Home Depot

I don't know why i even bothered to go to Home Depot in Issaquah, WA. The past few times when i went, i could not get help from the staff to find parts. This evening i went again (a big mistake) with a burner part. The staff told me they don't sell the stove part. When i tried to explain that i had a question, she was not pleased that i would not just go away and told me that she was busy and that she was the only associate there in the appliance area. So i waited and she finally call for an electrician in the store to come help me. Well, guess what, no one showed up. I waited for a while and just gave up. And guess what i found, i found the burner parts on a shelf for sale when the staff told me that they don't sell the parts. They probably do not want my business. And i will be glad to go to Lowell's where i can get some services and give them my business!
