Guarantee Or Warranty Issues
Problem: I have tried to contact this company by email and phone for over two weeks. I bought a cell phone watch from them on June 23rd (it only lasted two months) and now the phone has a defect, which they will not honor the one year warranty that is stated with purchase. I have called so many time that their voice mail box is full. It started when I first bought the phone from them, I waited three weeks to get a different phone than what I ordered, after I finaly got a hold of them, they said it was back ordered and would not be in for 4 more weeks. Thats when they offered me one that was comparable to the one I ordered.By the time I get ahold of them the one year warranty will probabliy be void.
