Electronics and household app.
I purchased a laptop from this company. After about 2 months I started having problem with my PC. The warranty stated was 6 months. When I e-mailed them to let them know I was having problems I was told the warranty policy has changed and that it was now a 30 day warranty. I explained to them that I had bought laptop and it should be covered.
Again I asked them to honor the warranty, they would not. I e-mailed them a copy of the warranty and they never responded. I loaded in a new operating system and the computer worked well for a couple of weeks. However there seemed to be some type of hardware conflict with the new operating system.
I e-mailed them again they told me to send it in but they would charge me to fix it. I looked the computer over and removed the cover, this they told me voided the warranty they refused to honor. I sent the computer back and they told me the damage was about $300.00. They would gladly fix it for that amount. At that point the manager apologized for not honoring the warranty earlier, then accused me of tampering with the laptop and voiding the warranty. He never did explain to me how I could void a warranty that never existed.
They also claim to give techincal phone support. I felt that the techincal support was shabby at best and all they want to do is get you off the phone.
