LGE Defective TV and poor customer service

Electronics and household app.

I purchased and LG 50' inch plasma tv back on 12/28/08 from Brandsmart USA. On June 23rd of 2009 the tv stop working the picture went out but it still had sound. Called LG customer service since the tv was still under mfg warranty. They set up a time for a company to come out and look at the tv. The guy come was here 2 minutes got the model # and serial # and left and said he knew what parts to order. He came back two weeks later and replaced the parts and those were not the correct parts said he would have to order more parts after two more weeks of waiting called LG back because the tv was still not fixed and they sent one of there LG techs out. The tech said the panel on the inside of the tv was bad and had to be replaced. Waited 7 days for that part and he came in and replaced it and still was not working. He ordered more parts and came back 3-4 days later. The tv still was not playing clear and he said it had to be my satellite. Called my satellite company they came and checked everything and said it was clear and all of the other tvs in my home play clear. I have called LG back and they tell me I just have to deal with it and wait until they can get another tech out here and figure out what the problem is. If you look at the better business beureau you will see this company rips people off all of the time. They have over 700 complaints againist them. They sell products and do not honor them and or fix them properly. Don't waste your money buy some other brand. It tooke me over 2 months to get the tv where it had a picture at all and now it has lines through it with snow and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. When you call there customer service department they will not let you speak with a manager or supervisor.
