Supplied me with dvds in 2 video cassette boxes pirated off the internet instead of a box set they advertised. They agreed to a refund but I haven't heard from them since. Its been over 3 months

I ordered a box set of the Jag series 1-10 for $135 plus $53 postage. I received a package from China which stated the contents were worth $2 dollars. It contained 2 white coloured video covers. They contained 15 dvds each with a little white sticker stuck on them with the numbers 1- 35. When played, the logo from a tv channel was displayed and the quality was awful. I emailed them and told them of my dissatisfaction and was given information on what to do for a refund. I complied with the instructions and sent the item back on the 7 May. I have not heard anything else from them since and they have not answered any of my many emails.
