No information is given to what is included in the package. When calling the toll free number you are told nothing comes with the camera... That is how Canon ships it (not true). No battery, no charger, no strap, no software, not cabels. Nothing, those are extra charges.

When I question the operator he got very rude then hung up on me. Thinking I got dropped by my cell carier, I called back. Same man, dropped me again and again and again. The same man anwers all the time. He will talk if you give him your credit card but not if you ask any questions. He will get very rude.

I called another web based company - VersaDeals.com 877-581-5816 and got the same man and same response. When question about it, he first said yes then changed his mind and stated that the two companies were not related.

Two companies run by the same man with different emails, websites, company name and toll free numbers.

This apears to be a SCAM. Buy at your own risk.
