Lack of Customer Support - ripoff CC - will not address billing issues

I attempted to have my debit card auto-deducted for payment to T-mobile 3 payment periods in a row. I paid for the first 2 pay periods. Each time, requesting that my account be automatically billed each pay period. Everytime, they would disconnect my phone and I would have to call in and argue with them about getting my auto-pay adjusted. The third time, I spoke with management. On the third attempt they still did not fix the problem.

As a result, I said that I wanted my contract canceled and that they had not fulfilled there end of the agreement. I believed that had resolved the issue.

I just received notice from a creditor saying I have not paid my bill for months. WTF! I have not even had service for over 6 months (which I believed canceled) and they are telling me to pay 300.00 in late fees. T-Mobile is the biggest rip-off I've ever had for a phone. Never, ever use T-mobile!
