Five weeks but still under guarantee, fridge stopped functioning. Called Sears support plus they agreed to deliver repairperson out that or following day. Several hours afterwards, with meals thawing, Sears calls and postpones support demand 10 times. Phone individual provides a telephone # to get a guarantee organization that's no transactions with Sears. After talking to supervisor yet others, they suggest placing all fridge food in styrofoam containers with snow to hold back 10 times (until postponed again) for support broker to look. Saying that people are seniors within our 80is and determined by our fridge and food-storage they reject any help. They reveal if we get personal support to save lots of our countless bucks of freezing food, then their guarantee won't maintain.

We quit a 40-year previous operating fridge for just one of the brand new 'energy-efficient' manufacturers, and also have observed no savings on our electrical expenses just higher expenses since... TODAY we shed our stored food and possess to purchase another fridge... It'll not be from Sears. That title was previously respected within our home, today it'll be barred
