Faulty product and poor service

We Purchased a Kenmore Ellite fridge and fridge. These are two individual models one entire fridge, plus one entire fridge in Jan also purchased the 5-year guarantee. The fridge began dripping. After many efforts to correct, they've chose to substitute the fridge (which was more than 3 months before and that I still haven't noticed from their store) and so I proceed to clean the floor in the leaky fridge and that I am truly worried this will harm my floor, (I wonder if Sears is thinking about changing my floor).
