I recently purchased an ASUS laptop for my son and had a problem with the item not being shipped from the warehouse. I contacted ecost and spoke with Marshall Wyan and Chad Caufield and they resolved the problem within hours. My son is very pleased with the laptop and the cutomer service department went out of the way for me. I will definitely shop ecost.com in the future.
