Shipping is the WORST

Toys R US is BY FAR the worst company I EVER had to deal with as far as shipping. They NEVER ship the items by the date they give, they hold back a few items and ship those at a later date. I have made several calls and each time I get a poor excuse as to why things are being held up. I shopped at other places and received my packages within days. DO NOT shop online at TRU. I will be lucky if I get my things on time for Christmas. It already has been 2 WEEKS since my order and still no sign of some of the things that were not sent. Dont waste your time OR money with TRU.
