Not happy

I bought 4 flying fish/sharks online on december 12th, paid for overnight shipping so the packages would be there on the 13th. Only 2 showed up to my door the next day and the one (shark) was a "re-packaged gift" that was completely shattered and broken. Horrible experience with Toys-R-Us Online. Called customer service and they did refund me for 3 flying fish/sharks, and paid for shipping - but now I don't have the gifts that Toys-R-Us said were in stock and I would have to give to my nephew and niece on Christmas! Would I order from Toys-R-Us again? Def NOT!
