I put an order to get a new machine and dryer BBY01-3985910555. Then I named 24 hours later such as the e-mail from BBY believed to do to set up installment and get the components for connecting it-up (BBY01-399140000096). The sales person didn't contain this purchase about the unique purchase then when my washer and dryer was shipped, there is no method to stack the machine/dryer and do the installation. The components and stacking package was planned to reach 24 hours later. The truth that I really named and spoken through this whole shipping and installation also it still got screwed-up is incredible in my experience. I'd to have a day-off of function to become readily available for shipping and today I'll need to do this again due to bad administration by Bestbuy. I'm mad in the insufficient good sense that the group has. Many people might realize that you have to possess the stacking package mounted on the shipping of the machine/dryer and never ask them to appear the next day. How will you use a machine/dryer without all of the components? Why might I'd like a machine/dryer sent although not mounted exactly the same evening?
