Return policy Ripoff unfair dishonest don't care about their customers

My husband bought me a PDA for Christmas from Best Buy! Our reciept stated that we recieved an extended warranty because he bought it at Christmas time. He went to return it today, reciept box and all and they wouldn't take it back they wouldn't even give us a store credit! Mike the store supervisor (whom I sat on hold waiting over 25 minutes for) was ZERO help, he told me that BEST BUYS regular return policy is thirty days and the extended return policy is the same 30 days!

This return policy made no sense to me and Mike the Reno store supervisor didn't even care, he wanted to get off the phone with me. Why give an extended return warranty if it's the same as the regular return policy, RIP OFF thats what I say. We just bought a ton of stuff from Best buy last week and believe me it will be the last...

Do not buy from Best Buy unless you want to get the Best Buy rip-off of your life.
