Ripoff! We paid the installation fee but months went by before they tried to schedule us. No answers to our calls, no refund. Easton PA

We opted for Airisen back in summer of 2003. After paying their $20 survey fee, months went by without any specific date for installation. Call after call and nothing. Sometimes the phone was disconcted, no answer, left message and no return call.

Had no idea what was going on.installation dates were set up after a while then there was always a problem, the weather, too many customers, problems with their contract on the tower, you name it was an EXCUSE!

We got tired of waiting and DirecWay came out with a router for their satellite service. We called airisen and no answer, no call back no NOTHING.

We decided to order the router and hook it up. A week after we were set up with the router Airisen called to tell us they were installing next week. I explained we had to decline because we waited so long that we went with another service.

I also explained that I wanted a refund for our survey since they were not providing us service they had promised. The woman was Nasty and RUDE! I told her I wanted to speak with a manager and she said there weren't any, she was it.

I told her that if I didn't hear from a manager I would contact the newspaper. So I did! If you have had an issue like this call your local newspaper, together we will stop these idiots from ripping us off.
